This is Marina Seadrift, as a dancing gypsie in 
story. This was one of my favorite parts, and i just wanted to draw it. It was a little annoying, because her face wouldnt come out right, so i just decided to hide it behind her hair. also, when i looked at disneyfan01's version, i realised our dance poses were very similar, so i had to change mine up a bit.
